The Montana Athletic Club-Libby (MAC) is dedicated to providing the best possible facility, instructors and programs to serve YOU!  Your membership at the club assures your commitment to health and wellness.

Our friendly staff will help you improve your fitness and help you have FUN too!  Our goal is for you to relax with your friends at MAC and enjoy your workout in MAC’s “Feel Good”  Zone.

Before beginning a workout program, you are invited to have a complimentary fitness training session.  You will be introduced to the strength training and cardiovascular equipment and a personalized fitness program will be designed to fit your needs.

 Strengthen With Weights!

 

Gain strength and shape your body by using our air-pressure strength machines and full line of free weights and cable machines. A trainer will be happy to show you correct use of the equipment.

 

Energize With Cardio!

 

Keep your heart and lungs healthy by using one of our many treadmills, rowers, steppers, bicycles or our joint friendly elliptical cross-trainers.  We’ve recently added the Expresso® Virtual Reality Exercise Bikes, which provide an interactive workout to motivate you. Also added to the pack is the Cardio Wave®, an innovative multiplanar cardio machine that feels like rollerblading.

 

Healthy Senior Activities

 

Here at MAC our seniors are special!  MAC offers senior strengthening, low impact aerobics classes and Tai Chi!

With more than 30 weekly classes including ZUMBA Dance Fitness, Step Aerobics, PiYo, Pilates, Yoga, Senior Classes, Tai Chi, Muscle Conditioning and Group Cycling you are sure to find a class to enjoy. Our group exercise room features a cushioned surface that provides shock absorption creating a safe, comfortable experience.
