This class consists of a vigorous total-body workout that includes controlled punching and kicking moves to get the heart pumping. After warming up and stretching, you will begin an aerobic section, which includes kicks, punches, combination drills and footwork. The class will end with cool-down, ab strengthening and stretching segments. The great news is kickboxing can improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and endurance, as well as reducing and relieving stress!
