We invite you to have fun and get fit in our group exercise classes. with more than 30 weekly classes including zumba® dance fitness, step aerobics, pilates, yoga, senior classes, stretching, muscle conditioning, interval training, & spartan group exercise, you are sure to find a class to enjoy. our group exercise room features a cushioned surface that provides absorption
for safe, comfortable experience.
Healthy Senior Activities:
Here at mac, our seniors are special! mac offers senior strengthening, zumba® gold, and stretching & Tai Chi classes, as well as gentle cardio options in the back exercise room.
