Class Descriptions

Barre Class:

Hit the barre for a new workout routine set to fun and energetic music! This class incorporates sequences of exercises to target the

thighs, buns, core, and arms. This ballet inspired class will help you achieve a slim, strong, sculpted body!


Kettlebell AMPD:

Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves to combine them into a class of calorie-torching excitement. This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness & focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio.

Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine.


Foam Roller Massage:

The foam roller is a fantastic way to work out your muscle tension.

We'll put on relaxing music and then use the roller for self-massage to work out those knots all over the body.


Morning Yoga:

MAC instructor Devi McCully will lead you through a flow of poses to help increase your flexibility, strength, and stamina. Learn to release tension and calm the mind. What a wonderful way to start your day! 


Pilates:

Pilates is a mind body exercise system which integrates breath, intention & focus for an effective strengthening and toning program. 

Instruction is geared toward correctly executing repetitions of focused, slow, efficient movements resulting in longer, leaner muscles coupled with improved posture, rock-hard abs, and overall toning. 


Step & Abs/Shape:

A great cardio workout consisting of choreographed foot patterns on a step platform, combined with easy-to-follow ab or strengthening & shaping exercises to tone, slim & beautify your body. 


Strength & Intervals:Energize your day with total body strength training plus high energy intervals of various time increments. You’ll be sleek & strong with this class!


Stretch-Chi:

This class features simple tai chi, yoga, stretching, & relaxation.


Senior Strength:

This class improves muscle tone, strength & flexibility using hand weights, bands, balls, and other tools. Because this fun-filled class is designed for seniors, many exercises are performed in a chair for support.
