Pilates at the Montana Athletic Club



Pilates is a body mind exercise system which integrates breath, intention and focus for an effective strengthening and toning program. Core strength of the mid-section of the body is emphasized. In Pilates, it is more important to execute a few repetitions of an exercise correctly versus numerous, mindless repetitions. The result is longer, leaner muscles, clarity of mind and a feeling of refreshment after class.
